Fire Chief Clive Savacool | South Lake Tahoe Fire Rescue
Clive Savacool is originally from San Luis Obispo California and he began his fire service career in the San Francisco Bay Area with the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District in 1996. Savacool promoted through the ranks from Firefighter/Paramedic to Battalion Chief, serving as the Union Vice President and as the County’s Training Chief. In 2016, Savacool was hired as Chief of the Garden Valley Fire Protection District in El Dorado County California and was recently appointed as the Fire Chief for the City of South Lake Tahoe. He has also held positions on several boards and committees, including the National Fire Protection Agency, Office of the California State Fire Marshal, and as President of the El Dorado County Fire Chiefs Association.

Amy Morgan is a mental health professional and the Director of Academy Hour, a training company providing online & on-site training to law enforcement, first responders, and those in emergency medical and justice careers. Ms. Morgan also founded and directs the Certified First Responder Counselor program, training mental health counselors how to work with the first responder & law enforcement population as clients.
